Working hours :
5 days Office Hours
Based on office this role, basically calling existing client to renew their service with company
- Follow up quotation and facilitate sales by giving best recommendation to customer.
- Close deal and ensure the company has the best in class contract retention rate in the market.
- To achieve monthly contract renewal rate and calls target.
- To ensure the calling and renewal task is completed within the deadline.
- To stay up to date of our service offering to achieve a competitive edge in our industry.
- Ensure customers are treated cordially and are held in high esteem in order to retain them in subsequent contract renewal.
- Preparing renewal contract sales reports. Report on monthly sales results to team leader.
