Job Scope:
Marketing Operations
Campaign/Project Expenditure:
- Manage processes including vendor quotations, payments via StarHub finance system
- Tracking of every expenditure (Daily and Monthly reconciliation)
- Monthly Budget tracking & reporting
- Annual Vendor Evaluation
- Vendor\'s statement of account reconciliation
- Setup and tracking of Communications Broadcast
- Event logistic support
- Meeting Planning
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Manage calendar of events
- Administrative process
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Familiarity with design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, After Effect, Premier Pro
