Job Responsibilities
1. Administration
- Obtain timely approvals from various internal stakeholders for quotations
- Process invoices timely
- Take minutes for monthly APAC marketing & meeting and disseminate to APAC team in the next working day
- Perform data analysis when required
- Assist in the budget and forecast
- Assist in regional events planning & execution
- Support in evaluating variable margin policy
- Support in creating presentation slides for both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage Customer Relation Management (CRM) system
o Follow up on discrepancies
- Manage APAC events calendar and marketing planning tool
o Update APAC events calendar weekly
