Scope:
Marketing Programmes & Partnerships
- Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns according to industry policies and best practices
- Ensure prompt and accurate email communication
- Update the appointments log book on a daily basis.
- Liaise with HDB staff to obtain the total number of appointments for the next working day.
- Standby for any additional appointments.
- Assist with smooth delivery of messaging, sales, customer service and business reporting
- Assist to maximise customer digital engagement through daily operations and efficiency improvements
- Assist with development and execution of B2C events, content creation to engage customers
- Strong Team player - able to work effectively with others in a face-paced team-oriented environment
- Willing to work on weekends where required
- Excellent written, copywriting
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Work experience as an email marketer or digital marketing specialist is preferred
