Scope:

• Create, review and edit content on lifelong learning across multiple formats including blogs, infographics, polls, videos, social media reels and maintain consistency between campaigns

• Research and target SEO oriented keywords through content to increase organic site traffic

• Identify customers needs in relation to our programmes and write content to cater those needs

• Collaborate with schools and external partners to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance

• Maintain content assets and manage a centralised content calendar and schedule postings, ensuring a consistent flow of content across different platforms

• Plan, execute and management digital marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs

• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

• Collaborate with agencies and other external vendor partners.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing with at least 1-3 years of relevant marketing experiences
• B2B Working experiences will be advantageous
• Resourceful, creative, analytical, self-motivated,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen eye for details
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), online digital software like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and trends
