10 X Retail Representative / Optical / Retail Associate / Store Assistant (up To S$2k)

Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for competitive Retail Assistants to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. You will be responsible in selling, restocking and merchandising of optical products. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximization.
What Will You Do
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Welcome and greet customers
- Cashiering duties
- Follow all companies policies and procedure
- Fluent in English to liaise with customers
- Good communication skills
- People oriented and good at customer service
- Sales driven
- Able to work in rotational shift hours: 7 days off per month, shifts as shown below:
- A Shift : 10.45 AM - 7.45 PM
- B shift : 12 PM - 9 PM
- C Shift : 1 PM - 10 PM
