Hr Associate (payroll) Salary Up To S$3400/month

Job Description
- 5-day work week
- Convenient work location - Jalan Bukit Merah
- Salary range: up to S$3400/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle of monthly payroll for clients (approx. 400 headcount per month)
- Handle government-paid leave claims and NS claims
- Submission of IR21 and IR8A, IR8S/Appendix 8A/8B for employment income
- Handle employment pass applications
- Manage e-portal-related matters
- Attend payroll and HR-related inquiries
- Ad-hoc activities as and when requested
- Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience
- Diploma in Accounting / HR or equivalent
- Proficient in Times Software, Excel spreadsheet, and Pivot Table
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Law, CPF, and IRAS Regulations
- Independent, self-driven, and good team player
- Able to multi-task & detail-minded
