Job Description

• Position: Social Marketing Consultant
• Location: 100% Remote working arrangement + Occasional F2F meetings
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (Commensurate with Experience): Up to $5,200 + Completion Bonus (0.5 months) + 5 Days of paid leave during contract period + 3 Months Contract (RENEWABLE/CONVERTIBLE TO PERM)
• Duration: 3 Months Contract - 15 January to 28 March 2024
• Industry: Advertising/Marketing/Communications Agency

Responsibilities:

• Build a positive and high-impact social presence for the client\'s brand in APAC. Partner with cross-functioning and cross-border teams to help develop programmes that deliver business results
• Engage the client\'s local social teams and agencies to build effective social media campaigns. Build effective social media presence through creative content curation and data-driven optimisation
• Maintain a monthly dashboard on social media performance indicators to monitor brand health across the social landscape in APAC. Draw insights from social campaigns to report back to the client
• Prepare presentations that deliver concise analysis, insights and results across the client\'s social media activities to inform strategic decision making

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management and/or marketing
• Experienced in social analytics.
• Experienced with building/maintaining processes to proactively/reactively manage user sentiment across social platforms.
• Knowledge of social media monitoring/listening tools.
• Experience in working with statistical analysis, social analytics, operations and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of social media best practices and campaigns in APAC.
• Record of innovative thinking, creativity and data driven capabilities in areas such as social
• media marketing.
• Proven team player, excellent interpersonal skills. Effective leadership, influencing and communication skills, with demonstrated talent in building/managing teams and collaborative external partnerships.
