Location: One-North

Hours: Monday to Fridays, Office Hours

1 month completion bonus

Jobscope:

Social Media and Community Management (40%)

• Responsible for creating and maintaining a strong social media presence, planning the topic and frequency of communication through those platforms, posting and responding to customers about the group\'s products and solution.
• Create social media marketing campaigns, copywriting, visual asset design creation and content creation to support the Brand\'s social media, retail stores as well as our online sales efforts.
• Content planning, development and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touchpoints. You will also be responsible for generating local content and making sure it fits according to ASIA market. 2-3 posts a week
• Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets
• Manage IG/FB/Tik Tok/YT accounts
• Coordinate and manage VN and ID FB community page with agencies

Media agency management (20%)

• Interface with agency on media events and press releases
• At least 6x media outreach to key media on new product and corporate outreach.
• Work with agency on event management (if any) covering SG/TH/VN/ID
• Measure the success of public relations activities and campaigns according to set KPIs.
• Monitor daily through Meltwater platform media clippings report to share with team.
• Producing and presenting reports on all public relations activities and KPIs.
• Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive news uptake and generate PR interest.
• Update bowling chart on a weekly basis to review PR KPIs

KoL management (25%)

• Work with agency to identify and review KoLs for marketing collaboration
• Brief KoLs/Influencers on campaign details
• Arrange delivery of products
• Measuring and collating reports on campaign activations
• Update KLEAR platform for all KoL/Influencer engagement

Others (15%)

• Drive metric visibility on the weekly basis
• Support internal marketing, business development, corporate service, and sales team to develop content, leveraging global and local assets.
• Regular lead and performance tracking and reporting during and post-marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Love social media
• 2-3 years as PR/Social media executive
• Resourcefulness to seek out creative ideas and methods to achieve targets such as increased engagements and leads with the proposed and executed marketing strategies.
• Copy writing for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages. Possess good writing skills
• Visual asset design/creation and image content creation including editing of banners, images, landing pages, EDMs, etc.
