Job Description
Navitas Group is seeking experienced IT professionals to reliably fulfil a Windows & Linux Server Administrator role for a US project. Candidates must have already the requirements to fulfil the active work from home position with own equipment and reliable internet connection.Responsibilities
- Manage + maintain Windows/Linux servers and server security
- Manage + maintain MSSQL Instances
- Manage + maintain + monitor Azure PaaS using Azure Monitor and Azure AppInsights
- Maintain backup strategy of all servers
- Identify/provide automated approaches for system administration tasks
- 5+ yrs Windows/Linux/MSSQL Server Administration
- 2+ yrs Azure Administration
- Intermediate+ DNS functional understanding
- Optional AWS/GCP infrastructure experience
- Proficient in creating PowerShell/BASH scripts (Python a plus)
- Proficient in Incident orchestration and automation tools
- Great verbal and written English communication skills
- Mature and responsible approach to work life balance + career growth
- Ability to creatively adjust to resolve unforeseen issues
- Requires some crossover with US timezone, eg: 12 midday - 9pm and as where required by the project
- Own equipment and internet required

- Microsoft Windows Server: 5 years (Preferred)
- Linux: 5 years (Preferred)
- Azure: 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft SQL Server: 2 years (Preferred)
