Job Summary

To support projects on financial and data analytics requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform review of project procurement request in accordance with plan and related expenditure approvals.
• Track and manage project financial expenditure in accordance with plan and related expenditure approvals.
• Prepare reports on project financial expenditure for regular leadership reviews.
• Assist with financial and management reporting, planning and analysis, metrics, monitoring and forecasting.
• Partner the functional teams to identify risks and opportunities throughout the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities.
• Consolidation and reporting actual operating performance and reporting results.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding the Bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Desirable 1-2 years of business analysis experience required
• Strong in PowerBI and VBA
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
