Maintain record and submission of department expenses on programmes and monitor budget utilisation of the teams and programmes.
Assist with procurement process for purchases to be utilised by the teams and programmes.
Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings, as well as external programme meetings with partners and stakeholders.
Record and document notes of meeting and follow up on the matters arising.
Prepare presentation slides and reports for internal teams, as well as for external meetings pertaining to programmes.
Plan and prepare for internal learning sessions, in-service, team bonding activities and retreats.
Upload and file documents, slide decks, reports and reference documents for the programmes.
Programme / Project Implementation:
Support the implementation and coordination of pilots and programmes, in close collaboration with stakeholders, under supervision of programme in-charge.
Assist and support in managing project timelines meticulously to ensure on-time delivery within scope, including procurement, budget disbursement and contract management with relevant stakeholders, as assigned by programme in-charge.
Plan and organise health promotion talks, workshops and training for community members and volunteers, as assigned by programme in-charge.
Assist in the development of health promotion resources / tools to support knowledge management and capability building within the team and for external partners and stakeholders.
Others:
Provide administrative and logistical support to respective programmes.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer and Team Leads.
Requirements
Degree in the area of health sciences, business, social sciences, economics or other health related disciplines would be advantageous.
Relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, social and/or community related sectors.
Able to work off-site in the community on certain assignments.
Strong writing skills and has experience in documentation and process mapping.
