- Assist in the production and distribution of reports and other collaterals
- Propose and develop content for social media platforms
- Provide communications support during crisis exercises and in a real crisis
- Organise quarterly staff briefings and other internal meetings when required
- Update corporate website and other online communication platforms
- Facilitate media queries
- Manage queries from public and ensure timely responses
