Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Responsibilities For the role of Finance Refun \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in refunding of E-Wallet Credits \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to queries, complaints and feedback relating to refund requests \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform daily reconciliation of receipts via credit card and PayNow. For the role of Finance General Processing: \xe2\x80\xa2 Process billings based on ActiveSG booking requests and work on receipting from customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare audit schedules for balance sheet items and track deferred revenue through reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support ActiveSG team in corporate booking requestsWhat we are looking for:Requirement We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active and embrace learning, technology & innovation. The ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong writing and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of experience in customer service/accounts/finance and administrative work \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards would be advantageous Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
