Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:You will be part of the team to manage resource allocation within Singapore Sport Institute (SSI), in particular NSACD & HiPAL teams, through effective grant administration and improve National Sports Associations\' (NSA) contributions to Vision 2030 Levers and SportSG\'s strategic outcomes. In this role, You will, \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute towards smooth implementation of Shared Travel Management Framework for NSAs and manage the overseas travel matters including but not limited to liaising with NSAs and appointed Insurer on related queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with internal stakeholders and the appointed travel service provider to maintain authorised overseas and travel competition lists including but not limited to SportSG\'s approved budgets and NSA profile for authorised trips and travellers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify and process invoices to ensure timely payments for SportSG approved and supported travels by NSAs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate travel insurance claims eligibility for onward processing by insurer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support on administrative, finance areas, etc.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of relevant work experience, either in project management or finance related roles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft applications and well versed in using advanced formulas and data tools in MS Excel. Familiarity with the Workday financial system is advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to manage relationships and people to contribute towards timely and effective management of projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work with teams and yet able to manage programmes independently, where applicable.
