Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:


Teacher Aide (2 pax)


Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:15pm , inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Candidates will be offered a 42.5-hour workweek.
Job Scopes:


Provide administrative support to the teachers on project basis; Provides classroom support by helping with materials preparation and assisting individual students; Provide administrative support to the school such as covering reception duties in the General Office on a daily basis (e.g. answering phone calls, attending to students, parents and stakeholders);
Performs chaperon duties e.g. chaperon to students going onexternal Learning Journeys, etc (as and when required); the Personnel should be covered by

Work Injury Compensation Act

by company;


Provide administrative support such as packing, sorting & distribution of materials or items; Maintains and updates data records including stocktaking of resources; Perform other general administrative duties e.g. filing and typing; Provide necessary support in school events;
Provide assistance in any other duties as assigned by the school







Requirements:


At least Secondary school education or equal At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in a school environment
The Personnel should preferably have the following skills:


Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint).
