FT/PT BaristaJob Tasks and Responsibilities If you are a self-driven person thriving to be successful in a creative lifestyle company, join our talented team in the company, we want you.We are seeking for an experienced Barista who can manage our hip and trendy coffee bar.ROLES
- Greet all customers with friendly and personalized service
- Build relationships with customers by remembering their names, favourite drinks, and food
- Craft coffee and other drinks in the menu
- Maintain consistency and quality when crafting all drinks
- Educate customers on our coffee offerings
- Maintain coffee inventory and retail rack
- Manage the floor through serving, taking orders and cashiering
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and store
- Possess an understanding of coffee beans - from single origins to blends
- Knowledge on the various types of coffee brewing methods
- Possess a highly positive attitude
- Willing to work extended hours when required
Part-time hours: 44 per weekSalary: From $2,300.00 per monthSchedule:
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Flexible hours
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Weekend availability
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
