ExxonMobil in Singapore

ExxonMobil is one of Singapore's largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.

Applications open for 6-month internship (Jan - Jun 2023)

About you:

Through our internship program, you will gain first-hand experience with an industry leader in the refining and petrochemical industry. While working on challenging projects, you will learn about our different business lines and gain practical skills that will be useful in your career. In addition to job-specific training, you will have a supervisor / mentor to provide support and feedback throughout the attachment.

What you will do:

• Implement and execute quality assurance tools (e.g. SQC charts) to help with troubleshooting out of control product quality results
• Implement new test method or expand existing test method for in process samples and/or certification samples
• Involved in the capital expense process of lab equipment purchase from equipment commissioning, writing procedures / training materials to training shift teams on use of the new lab equipment.
• Ensure data integrity in test result handling, reporting and quality system compliance
• Participate in the continuous improvements of the laboratory quality management system e.g. participate in SSHE, Product Quality & Reliability discussions and initiate improvement ideas / initiatives
