Job Description
REPAIR AND SERVICE OF DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL/ ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES IN REFRIGERATORS WASHING MACHINES, MICROWAVE OVEN, TV AND ROOM AIR-CONDITIONERS, EXCEPT AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hands on onsite field service technical support Island wide.
- Must be willing to carry heavy home appliances. - Microwave, Washing machine. Fridge, Television, Aircon etc\xe2\x80\xa6
- Troubleshooting assistance at customer locations either residential or industrial area.
- Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
- Provide field fixes and quality feedback on product.
- Handle all Customer complaints and all repair works.
- Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
- Prepare job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
- Hire character. Train Skill
- Candidate with good attitude, hardworking and down to earth.
- Working Location in the West - Toh Guan Road. Near Jurong East MRT
- Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm/ Every Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
- Working and reports to Supervisor
- Possess Class 3 License
- Company van provided.
- Salary range between $3200 to $3600 with 1month AWS
