Job Description
REPAIR AND SERVICE OF DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES IN EFRIGERATORS WASHING MACHINES AND ROOM AIR-CONDITIONERS, EXCEPT AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENTFIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANRESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be willing to hands on,
- Home Appliances Repair / On site repair at customer residence
- Training Period 4-8 weeks
- Provide onsite field service technical support Island wide.
- Troubleshooting assistance at customer locations either residential or industrial area.
- Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
- Provide field fixes and quality feedback on product.
- Handle all Customer complaints and all repair works.
- Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
- Prepare job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
- Must be willing to carry heavy home appliances. - Microwave, washing machine etc.
- Need to travel island wide to various locations to repair home appliances.
- Possesses valid driving license.
- Hire character Train skill .
- Working Location in the West - Toh Guan Road. Near Jurong East MRT
- 5.5 days
- Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm/ Every Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
- Working and reports to Supervisor.
- Company van provided.
- Salary range between $2600 to $2900 with 1month AWS
- Trainee Technician $2800, $3000 after Probation
