Job Description

• Position : 2 x Customer Service Executive (Sales Processing/ Business Development/ Client Servicing)
• Location : Aljunied (2 mins walk from Aljunied Station) / Bedok North
• Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday (office hours)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Gross $3500 (Basic $3000 + Commission) + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Retail for Product Based / Corporate Business

Main Responsibilities:

Liaise and process orders from walk-in customers and orders through email and by phone

Develop and acquire new customers from given or generated leads

Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback.

Build relationships with our clients. Support client enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way.

Taking responsibility in finding solutions for our clients, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies.

Liaise with Operations to ensure clients instructions are carried out, and to rectify any operational discrepancies if necessary and update clients that instructions have been carried out

Follow-up on the job completion with balance payment.

Other Sales related adhoc duties

Requirements:

At least 2 year of sales experience/ Client servicing

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
