Position : Customer Service Executive (Admin / Coordination/ Client Servicing) - BEDOK
Location : Location :EAST BEDOK
Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday 9am - 6pm / Tuesday - Friday 8am - 6pm/
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $3300 + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for all administration and coordination of activities within departments as well as to ensure the smooth operations required in the front-line operations in Plant Maintenance.
Build relationships with our clients. Support client enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way.
Taking responsibility in finding solutions for our clients, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies.
Liaise with Operations to ensure clients instructions are carried out, and to rectify any operational discrepancies if necessary and update clients that instructions have been carried out
Requirements:
Training provided
Knowledge of ASANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central an advantage not A MUST
