Location: Novena
Working Hours: 5 days OH
Pay: 3k - 4k
Job scope
- Create purchase order, compile all the quotation, delivery order, service report and invoices. Perform good receipt and submit month end accrual. Compile work order status and completion and outstanding. Attend to phone call, liase with contractor, HOD and end user in related to FM Department. Perform any other administrative duty as required by Senior Manager
- Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
- Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
- To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor
- Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
- Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels
- Support the car park operations
- Assist in any other duties assigned
