Ability to understand and interpret current processes, to re-design and introduce new ways of working and problem
Identify new value added tasks and propose for implementation to promote growth and efficiency in the Finance Process
Responsible for the roll out of new initiatives and/or automate processes from conceptualisation to implementation
Review and manage claim disbursement process and function.
Propose and implement AI tools to provide better analyse the programme expenditure and trending
Responsible to generate power BI reports and dashboards for management
Job Requirements
This is a 2-year contract position
Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Accountancy or any other discipline which fits into the role
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
Strong in Microsoft Office and demonstrate expertise in automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Data Analytics, Strong Excel skills, Visualisation tools such as Phython, Tableau)
Experience in digitalisation and data analytics
Track record of innovation and change management experience
Strong communicator with excellent writing skills
Ability to deliver under pressure and work effectively with tight datelines
Multi-task and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
