Position Summary

The eCommerce Merchandising Rookie (6 months internship) is responsible for supporting the team on reporting, planning and allocation aspects. He/She will provide administrative functions and assist in ensuring replenishment/allocations are done in a timely manner and supporting SAPAC market requests.

Areas of Learning & Responsibilities

• Support and handle data validation and preparation of weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports
• Update sell-through analysis, to identify the top-sellers/market needs in view of SKU productivity
• Minimize stock-outs and manage stock flow by maintaining optimal stock levels for Marketplaces
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the eCommerce Merchandising team

What exposures will you gain by the end of the internship?

• Exposure to the foundation of eCommerce Merchandising on brand websites and marketplaces
• Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support seasonal planning
• How to communicate across a diverse organisation with many different cultures, geographies and preferences

Who are we looking for?

• Good logical thinking skills and a strong interest in data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
• Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (good time management)
• Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
• Independent learner who is open to being guided by Seniors & Managers within the organization
• Team player mindset with communication & collaboration skills
