Position Summary

The Merchandising Rookie (6 months internship) is responsible for shipment tracking, regional demand planning, sales analysis, and sample management. He/She will support the merchandising team on the day-to-day operation.

Areas of Learning & Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze and report regional sales data across all channels and provide sales insights
• Support regional demand planning preparation and ensure the accuracy of data
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain on all inbound shipment tracking; create and post all POs into the ERP system
• Handle and organize samples for trade show
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Merchandising team

• Exposure to the foundation of Merchandising
• Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support seasonal planning
• How to communicate across a diverse organisation with many different cultures, geographies and preferences

Who are we looking for?

• Good logical thinking skills and a strong interest in data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
• Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (good time management)
• Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
• Independent learner who is open to being guided by Seniors & Managers within the organization
• Team player mindset with communication & collaboration skills
