What the role is:

• Play a key role in the CPF Frontier Products Team, a new team focused on developing delightful software products \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to one of our many products and initiatives that aim to make CPF Board and whole of government work better \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage a variety of stakeholders - from internal staff to ordinary citizens - to mine product insights \xe2\x80\xa2 Articulate design decisions to Development Team and other stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop prototypes (low fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups) \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with developers to turn designs into working products \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in a cross disciplinary team with Development Team and Product Managers About the team Business Incubater & Accelerator Team (BIA) BIA supports the generation of innovative product concepts and business strategies through proficient cross-functional teams. The team also introduces essential components into the technology framework, enabling seamless operation and scalability for existing products and business models. Additionally, the team conducts enterprise upskilling initiatives to enhance operational intelligence and efficiency of the systems in CPF Board.

What we are looking for:

• Strong empathy for the user \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to switch modes between working independently and as a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Figma is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3-month stint
