Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the team to plan and design automated processes using different tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, and UiPath. \xe2\x80\xa2 Write and code automation scripts and programs to streamline administrative processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Address challenges that may arise during the planning, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that the automated processes are functioning correctly and efficiently through testing and validation procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and documentation related to automated processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay informed about the latest automation trends and practices to improve processes and systems.What we are looking for:We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Available Full-time (5 days/week) \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong interest in technology and a desire to gain experience in tech automation process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges. Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug to Dec 2024.
