The SEED programme is designed to groom budding technologists who is passionate about applying technology to drive automation and transformation. Over a period of 24 months, you will embark on a holistic programme that explores the fundamentals of the financial industry and develops your professional and functional skills, essential to helping you become a technical specialist.

We want aspiring tech-innovators like you who:

Have a strong passion for technology and have less than 2 years of work experience, or are new graduates with less than 2 years of work experience

Studied one of these disciplines: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Info-Communications

Self-motivated team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable, creative, decisive and resilient, and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills

What roles do we offer?

Development Engineer: You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing banking applications to enable us to transact with our customers in the digital age.

DevOps Engineer: You will be part of a World class team that is responsible for developing and operating key banking systems leveraging modern technologies and techniques.

Information Security Engineer: You will be part of the team to safeguard accesses to our bank\xe2\x80\x99s information systems.
