Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:The Business Incubator and Accelerator Team facilitates and catalyses the development of new product ideas and business models by small competent cross functional teams, creates/introduces fundamental enablers for the tech stack and carries out enterprise upskilling to help existing business models and products operate and scale intelligently and efficiently. You will be working to a Made-In-CPF (MIC) product called docCentral. docCentral is a document creation and management platform designed to streamline the process of generating documents. It is currently used across the Whole-Of-Government and is looking to expand its use cases to more agencies. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with product management, engineering and design to discuss operational improvements and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist interested users in the onboarding process, providing guidance and support as they familiarise themselves with the product. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in analysing and collecting data to support product performance evaluation and decision making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate to conduct training and sharing sessions with prospective users.What we are looking for:We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong interest in technology and a desire to gain experience in Product Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges. Position is on a full-time internship basis from Jan - June 2025.
