Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations. .What you will be working on:Our Culture and Engagement team plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction in the organisation. As a Culture and Engagement Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in making employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute to the organisation\'s success. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the team to carry out internal engagement activities and communications for CPFB\'s 70th Anniversary celebrations in 2025. The objectives of these celebrations are to build a sense of purpose and pride, make staff feel appreciated and build community and a sense of belonging. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, edit and create engaging content for a variety of communications mediums, such as the intranet as well as social media platforms. Besides writing articles, you may also be required to work on the layout and design of written content and upload them onto the Intranet. You may also be required to help produce short video clips, including filming and editing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the team to plan and implement internal activities and events to meet the objectives of the 70th Anniversary celebrations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support as needed.What we are looking for:We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic graphic design skills, with good sense of aesthetics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Filming and video editing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges Position is on a full-time internship basis from Jan - Jun 2025.
