Citi Global Wealth offers a wide range of products and services covering Investments (capital markets, managed investments, portfolio management etc..), trust and estate planning, investment finance and banking.The Platform & Innovation Program Management is an exciting new team that sits within Citi Global Wealth Investments and is focused on: Delivering outstanding client experience Increasing efficiencies for our advisors Creating a scalable and differentiated wealth platform Creating a safer and stronger platform for our clients and our stakeholdersThe Business is now seeking an individual to develop, implement, and accelerate the future business planning & growth strategies of our Markets business by creating a market leading investment solicitation and execution platform in EMEA and APAC. The successful candidate will share our client obsession and have the following Experience and Qualifications: Direct Client Investment Advisory experience Deep expertise and experience in designing and implementing a robust and efficient Investment Advisory and Execution platform Desire to architect Investments related business solutions - translating business needs and requirements into an agile platform that embed robust end-to-end process design - enabled by technology, data amongst others- and will have skills in identifying, integrating, and executing on business priorities - and putting innovation and change management into action Proven expertise in owning and leading large scale integration and transformation strategies in large and complex companies Experience in developing new products, workflows and experiences relating to these applications, collaborating across all downstream and upstream similar application teams Experience in leading large scale complex change management programs that involve many different stakeholders, including but not exhaustively Risk, Legal, Compliance and Governance Committees Ability to work across complex business-wise and matrix management structures Degree level or above in Financial or Engineering related coursesResponsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders such as Business Heads, Application Owners, Technology partners and third parties to build & maintain a robust & innovative backlog of design and functional requirements Own end-to-end client and advisor journey experience and optimization Develop & maintain processes for measuring strategic initiative execution tracking and impact to P&L across work streams Identify, develop and execute on new concepts/opportunities with industry leading third parties and where applicable, drive subsequent projects from ideation through to implementation Maintaining an innovative and forward thinking product vision, coupled with strategies to drive continued innovation (valuable, viable, usable, feasible) Communicate a defined strategy, operating model and roadmap to senior executives on a frequent basis Directly and indirectly lead a team of SME's who work with PMs, Business Analysts, Developers, Information Security, Control functions and business partners to execute on a committed roadmap Report to the Global Head of Program ManagementAs a promotor of excellence in our CGW wealth franchise, the role will have a strong impact on driving results, enabling sales and enhancing the Investments revenue generating efforts, enhancing productivity and minimising risks to the business. While this requires both a deep understanding of investments advisory and portfolio management, it also requires technology expertise as the successful candidate will provide a highly efficient conduit between Tech and the Business to accelerate all transformational initiatives.This pioneering position has a real opportunity to make a large impact within Citi Global Wealth Investments during this critical growth and integration phase.
