27 Property Investment Analyst

Job Description
Working hours- : Mondays to Fridays, 9am- 5pm EST
Minimum salary: 50K
Maximum salary: 80KSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter preliminary data into a pro forma excel worksheet template for real estate
- Retrieve and categorize leasing and property management requests that come in via email or phone calls
- Work with accounting to enter invoices
- Create marketing packets for investor relations
- Track expenses and capital improvements for different projects
- Assist with tracking opportunities and using CRM software to prioritize the efforts of the owners
- Enter information into lease templates for owner review
- Experience in financial modeling, especially in Microsoft Excel
- At least one year of experience as an analyst is required, preferably in the real-estate industry
- Experience in underwriting is an advantage
- Experience in banking and financial services can also be considered
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's Degree and/or valid licenses and certifications in any of the following:
- Memory: 4 GB
