Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the asset management team in formulating and executing strategies and business plans in coordination with property management and leasing departments to optimize income and value.
• Assist in meeting the corporate, tax and other financial regulatory compliance of the Company’s asset and property management businesses

• Assist in management reporting aspects of the Company’s asset and property management businesses. These includes financial statements, management accounts, monthly client financial reporting packet, preparation of presentations and other materials as required
• Assist to produce, monitor and control budgets/financial models relating to the Company’s asset and property management business.

• Assist in evaluating potential new business/investments opportunities, develop financial models for valuation and returns calculation
• Any other assignments/matters as directed by the Management or your Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• 
  Diploma/Degree in Real Estate/Business
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Private equity or Real estate investment or Fresh Graduates
• Strong proficiency of Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel)

• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills

• Good understanding of finance and legal corporation matters
• Confidence to interact with senior-level investors/stakeholders
• Ability to operate in an independent manner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and with a strong attention to detail
• Office location: Joo Koon/Boon Lay
• Monthly basic salary x 13 months
• Monday – Friday (9am to 6:30pm)
