Job Description
- Position : Accounts Assistant/ Executive (AP/AR/ Month-end closing)
- Location : Loyang Lane (Direct buses from Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris right in front of office)
- Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm; 5 days work; Currently 3 days WORK FROM HOME for every 2 weeks
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance bonus + 14-18 Days Annual leave + Medical claim
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : Manufacturer and supplier of equipment
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
- Manage daily accounting tasks and support month-end closing and reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly audit schedules and reconciliations
- Manage intercompany billing and perform intercompany balances reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Assist in quarterly GST returns
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecast
- Assist in credit control and monitoring activities
- Assist in preparation of data for annual forecast and budget exercise
- Ensure compliance with company\'s policies and procedures
- Administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- Diploma holder in Accountancy
- Few years of working experience in audit OR accounting
- Experience in using SAP system
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
