Receiving and managing client inquiries: Responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing client inquiries on laboratory services, pricing, results etc.
Data entry and management: Responsible for clinical sample receipt, data entry in the Lab Information System, and labelling of samples.
Liaising with clients, laboratory staff to ensure request are handled efficiently and accurately.
Handling billing and payments for walk in cases.
Ensure record management of request forms, reports and other documents are stored securely and comply with the laboratory legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate stock/inventory orders for office equipment and lab supplies.
To be a team player in the group in ensuring the day-to-day work is performed efficiently and promptly.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.
