Hiring 3 Technical Solutions Sales Engineer - Medical & Health Service

  • Do you have 3-5 years working experience in technical solution sales?
  • Did you graduate with a Biomedical/Electrical engineering / Biology / Chemistry degree?
  • Are you self-motivated with hunter sense, grounded personality with leadership traits, hunger to grow with grit and passionate for sales?
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for Medical and Healthcare related products
  • Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets
  • Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
  • Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
  • Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
  • Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales
  • Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum a Degree in an Engineering discipline, Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering with at least 2 years of technical solutions sales track record
  • experience in B2B environment and international organisation.
  • Good account management skills.
  • Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders.
  • Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects in a short time
  • Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
Other Information
  • 5 Days work week with GERMAN MNC
  • Working location in WEST Hybrid working environment.
  • Remuneration is on an On-Target Earning scheme based on 12 months
  • Basic salary ranges from: $3.600 - $4800 + AWS + Variable bonus + Quarterly sales incentive + Attractive benefits + Gym facilities + Additional 25% incentive from annual sales target from
