In this dynamic role, you will leverage your extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions, playing a key part in our continued growth and success.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Engage actively in customer-facing (sales / service) activities to understand and meet their needs.\xc2\xb7 Analyze growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.\xc2\xb7 Assess product development needs by staying abreast of market trends and customer requirements.\xc2\xb7 Coach and mentor team members on targeted product value propositions.\xc2\xb7 Oversee and review proposal activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.\xc2\xb7 Deliver technical sales briefings and presentations to customers with clarity and confidence.\xc2\xb7 Design, implement, commission regional initiatives\xc2\xb7 Engage actively in service growth activities (proposals / service contracts / migration)\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement best-in-class sales training programs.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate engineering support for pursuits, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the creation of effective sales collateral by providing relevant data and insights.MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in field services, technical sales, product management, or related field.
  • For Experienced Engineer:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process plants.Familiar with products such as Tank gauging, Loading / Additive / Bio Blending, Small Volume Prover; or similar. * Strong interest in supporting Sales, Marketing activities.
  • Ability to deliver high quality presentation live and online.
  • Ability to cross collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders.
