To ensure staff and customer comply with existing safety rules and requirement as mandated by WSH committee. To provide management with daily serialized billing data for services rendered to customer and explanation for significant variance. Manage, motivate, train and discipline staff. To encourage new ideas for improvement To identify and develop talented staff for career advancement within the department or in another operations To work with Operations Manager to establish business plan and goals for the department.
