Warehouse Supervisor * Working day& hours: Mon- Thu, 7.30am- 5.30pm, Fri, 7.30am- 4.30pm Salary Range: $2500 - $3200 Location: Pioneer Sector * Company transport is provided from Sengkan Warehouse Supervisor Working day& hours: Mon- Thu, 7.30am- 5.30pm, Fri, 7.30am- 4.30pm Salary Range: $2500 - $3200 Location: Pioneer Sector Company transport is provided from Sengkang, Jurong East and Boon Lay. Based on past record, we have VB of 1-2 months on average. Job Responsibilities: . Manage activities of the warehouse operations . Daily planning and controlling of manpower, material handling equipment and warehouse space . Involvement in day-to-day operations . Assign and monitor daily tasks to workforce in Warehouse . To enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures . Ensure tasks assigned to Warehouse operation team are completed on time . Coordinate and work closely with Logistics Officer on goods receiving and delivery . Daily breifing, training, provide guidance. Ensure staff comprehension . Maintain accurate and compiles KPIs for warehouse assistant to ensure meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records, daily activities and documentation retention. . Ensure accurate and timely updates to the computer system . Ensure safety and housekeeping in the warehouse . Look for and work on continuous improvements of productivity and safety . Assign and Coordinate with drivers on daily deliveries and other transportation requests . To perform perodic cycle count and annual stock take. . Responsible for order processing, goods receive, goods issue, stock allocation, picklist preparation. . Perform sourcing and BA as required. . Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience for Diploma holder or . Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience for 'O' Level . Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE etc) . Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Team player yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment . Excellent analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills . Knowledge of 3PL, SAP and WMS system . Able to start within 1 month's notice
