Job Description
Established in 1990 and with its headquarters in Singapore, our client was founded with only a fleet of two trucks as a trucking company, and is today, an end-to-end global supply chain logistics partner with a global presence in 10 countries.
Customer Service Executive, Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle import and export shipments
- Liaise with customers via email and phone on delivery and collection schedules for FCL and LCL cargoes.
- Data entry of job details in our in-house E-log System
- Arrange local transportation as required.
- Monitor vessel schedule via PSA PortNet and Jurong Port System
- Declare permit via TradeWeb Live (permit)
- Prepare documentation for lifting operation in the ports.
- Prepare documentation for cargo clearance.
- Submit police-escort application for Out of Gauge (OOG) cargoer
- Perform general administrative duties e.g., invoicing, filing, mailing, faxing, photocopying
- Familiar with PSA PortNet, Jurong Port System and TradeWeb Live
- Working Location in Jurong Pier Road
- 5.5 days\' work week
- 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri / Every Sat: 9 to 1pm
- Bus Route with company transport pick up from several locations.
- Basic $2.6K + AWS + Bonus
- Annual leave 18 days
