3x HR Associate
Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: Up to $3300
- 2 year contract (renewable)
- Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday; 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm

:
- Processing of Student Allowances including disbursement of monthly stipends, housing subsidy and other various allowances; calculation of no-pay-leave; calculation of CPF, collation and verification of documents, data entry into HRIS system.
- Processing of students claims and invoice verification including airfare, accommodation, medical and health insurance.
- Verification of tuition fees billed by local and overseas universities.
- Allocation of cost and reimbursement to various internal departments
- Generation of reports
- 2 year contract (renewable)
- Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday; 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm
- Up to $3300
- Buona Vista
- Min 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and/or administration
- Diploma and above
Good written and communication skills - Able to multitask and is Tech Savy
- Quick learner and a team player
- Meticulous in record keeping.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services.
- Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage.
