Processing of Student Allowances including disbursement of monthly stipends, housing subsidy and other various allowances; calculation of no-pay-leave; calculation of CPF, collation and verification of documents, data entry into HRIS system.
Processing of students claims and invoice verification including airfare, accommodation, medical and health insurance.
Verification of tuition fees billed by local and overseas universities.
Allocation of cost and reimbursement to various internal departments
Min 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and/or administration
Diploma and above
Good written and communication skills * Able to multitask and is Tech Savy
Quick learner and a team player
Meticulous in record keeping.
Able to work independently.
Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services.
Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage.
