Job Description
- Position: 6 Months Contract (Convertible to Perm Role) Accounts Executive - Up to $4000
- Location: Macpherson (2 Bus Stops from Macpherson Mrt)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000 + Medical & Dental Claims + Work from Home Opportunities + CAREER ADVANCEMENT
- Duration: 6 Month Contract - Convertible to Permanent Role
- Industry: Business Support Services
- To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
- Verify calculations and input codes into the Accounting system in an accurate manner.
- To prepare payment and in the form of cheques and/or T.T remittance.
- To generate profit and loss and balance sheet monthly
- To maintain and reconcile Bank Statement.
- To ensure all regulatory filing (such as GST) is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Do filing and any other administrative duties as assigned by superiors.
- Diploma in Accountancy qualifications with minimum one working year experience
- Good communication skills, Highly independent and self-motivated.
- Working knowledge of any accounting software stipulated in IRAS website would be an advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to maintain accounts of related group companies.
