Job Description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2,800 to $3,500

• 10-months contract (convertible to permanent position)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 7.45am to 4.15pm

• Location: Tuas View (Company transport is provided from Woodlands to Tuas)

Responsibilities:

• Review GL for correctness of invoice processing

• Review GRIR report (Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt) and support AP in clearing GRIR balances

• Support month-end closing activities

• Review AR past due report and support AR in clearing AR past due

• Support in Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation

Requirements:

• Candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant Accounting / Finance experience are highly advantageous
