Salary: up to $3200
Duration: 6 months contract
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Location: Woodlands/Yishun
: * To plan and co-ordinate meeting schedule to ensure smooth operation
- To provide admin support such as note-taking, site surveying etc.
- To provide logistical support to the team
- To guide and manage vendors during delivery and installation works
- To keep track of departmental milestones and report progress to key stakeholders
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course w min 1 yr of relevant experience as an executive assistant
