Job Description
Description
- Manage customer request and timely update into Elog quotation process to satisfy customer requirement.
- Negotiate and confirm the technical specification of projects, including the terms of payment and shipment method, etc.
- Collect and analyze market information and improve the management of oversea new equipment sales
- Complete project review procedures for any special deviation and to ensure contract quality and implementation on time
- Assess, review and flag on non-conforming sections as per guidelines/framework and work towards resolving flagged issues with the business units and other departments to ensure that required corrections are made for conformance/compatibility
- Support selling entities across APAC by reviewing proposals and contract bookings
- Work with pricing team for validation of discount pricing and assist the pricing team with data needed for volume and mix
- Coordinate with supply chain team to have the right shipping options selected by countries along with China IBD team
- Track and measure performance results for various contract bookings
- Any additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor
