Develop and manage customer relationship, looking out for favorable business opportunities
Manage customer request and timely update into Elog quotation process to satisfy customer requirement. Review new enquiries and price negotiation. Strive for the maximal margin by ensuring best success rate and correct cost estimation
Negotiate and confirm the technical specification of projects, including the terms of payment and shipment method, etc.
Collect and analyze market information and improve the management of oversea new equipment sales
Complete project review procedures for any special deviation and to ensure contract quality and implementation on time
Assess, review and flag on non-conforming sections as per guidelines/framework and work towards resolving flagged issues with the business units and other departments to ensure that required corrections are made for conformance/compatibility
Support selling entities across APAC by reviewing proposals and contract bookings
Any additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in international business, operations management or related field
Minimum 3 of years of experience in customer service, supply chain, order administration, sales support, or contract management related field.
Prior experience with ERP, CRM, and order management systems - JDE and/or others.
Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
