Job Description


Our client is a Biotech MNC HQ in the US, their primary business is the manufacturing of custom DNA and RNA for research applications. They are currently looking for a Customer Service cum Order Admin to join their team to support operations. They are located in the West - easily accessible

Position: Customer Service cum Order Admin

Location: Pasir Panjang

Commitment Period: Immediate to 6 Months (3 + 3 Months)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls/ webchats and transfer to relevant parties
  • Review daily internal reports
  • Attend to customer inquiries and document interactions in internal database
  • Organise customer enquiries and manage escalation requests
  • Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Nitec in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service
