• Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls
• Assist clients with their log in and online portal navigation issues
• Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
• Perform outreach to clients for clarification or assist them with their requests
• Other ad hoc duties as necessary

Job Requirements

• Min. O Levels/A Levels
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Able to start work immediately
